 Shipping Processing Information
We only ship to your confirmed address that you put in your order.If you want to do dropship or ship to other addresses,leave message at your order or contact us to change before we send.All Products are shipped directly from storage. When we shipped out your products, we will supply some tracking number for you.
There is 24 hours processing period once payment is received. Once your products are shipped ,You will get an email from us with tracking number so you may track your order. You will have your products within 4-7 business days (not counting weekends or Holidays). Most orders are processed and received by customers within 4-5 days . Some orders may take longer due to uncontrollable circumstance.
We are not responsible for delivery delays due to weather,insufficient address info,holidays,or carrier complications.
Occasional delay in processing time or Cancellation of order may occur when an item purchased is on backorder or out of stock.

Return
All returns & exchanges must be requested within 14 days of the date the package was delivered.For return/exchange,shoes must be in brand new condition as received,with the original box they came with without any tape or marks on the shoebox.If the shoes are defective after being worn,then please contact the manufacturer to get a replacement.
Please submit your return request by email to us with the information requested below by simply copying and pasting the info requested and include them in the email you are sending and we will send you the details on how to send the shoes back for refund or exchange,usually within one hour after your email is received.
